Maximum height for the float is 3.6m or 12ft.

For childrens groups there should be enough adults to supervise them. 

Candies can be given hand to hand and not tossed into the crowd.

Ensure that everyone is well dressed for the temperature.

Publicity is not allowed, the only publicity allowed is for the parade.
